Have you seen our recent set of updates? We have updated the formulas for the star and market values of the players to make them more realistic and harder to manipulate with.
We also made it possible to sell players "to the bank" for 80% of the new market value up to a limit of $12 million. This is a great way to get rid of your less popular players for a fair price. It is intended to remove part of the supply of players to balance the market again.
Finally, the bot teams have been improved and given a higher budget, so they too will be more active buying players. In the last few seasons we have seen that the market suffered from too much supply and too little demand for average players. This set of changes should solve that problem and get our little economy moving again. Especially the weaker and average teams should benefit a lot from this.
