We have received a copy of your photo ID but unfortunately it is unclear.

Please provide us with a  clear copy of your Government issued ID card such as your National ID, Driver's License or Passport.

Please make sure your document is clear and readable, preferably in color, in one of the following formats: JPG, PDF, PNG, BMP.

You can reply to this E-mail with the copy of your Government issued ID card as an attachment for review.
